Fresh South West Slope Hormone Free

Spring Hill Beef is excited to now be able to deliver Hormone Fee "Fresh Female" pork from the South West Slopes.
All our piglets are hand fed and grown out in straw based Eco sheds, which is extremely rare for pigs.
The 55-60kg pigs can be purchased in conjunction with your beef order in whole or half butchered amounts. The pork will be delivered like our beef in labelled freezer bags.

Winter and Summer Packs
Spring Hill Beef is considering offering our clients exclusive access to a new line of gourmet goat meat. Goat meat is the most consumed red-meat in the World and is increasingly sought after in Australia due to its unique flavour and low fat levels.
Spring Hill Beef has sourced select goat meat from a boutique processor in NSW with many years experience in specialty meats. 1/2 goat packs will be offered with each cut type individually cryovaced (vacuum packed) to maximise storage time and enhance the flavour. Packs will be available as plain cuts or marinated at no extra cost. Each 1/2 goat pack will average 5 kgs and can be delivered to your door as a supplement to your beef orders, for $95 per pack or $170 for 2 packs. Each pack will come with cooking suggestions.
